Reception had a brilliant time at their minibeast- themed garden party, and they certainly looked the part in their amazing costumes!
The children enjoyed a carousel of minibeast-themed activities, including playing Bee, Bee, Sting (a variation of Duck, Duck, Goose), caterpillar races (in sacks), bubble bug frisby, musical minibeasts, caterpillar creation (building a caterpillar image, as a team, using hula, hooks) and cocoon (wrapping our very willing Teaching Assistants in strips of bedsheets!)
They also had lots of fun making their own minibeast masks and of course, they enjoyed tucking into a Catepillar Cake as a special treat!
