A Slithery Science Week!

Last week, we celebrated Science week with lots of different scientific activities happening throughout the school. We were also joined by a very slithery guest of honour - Cornelius William Snakespere!

From making snow, and generating explosive fizzy pop, to investigating wildlife and nature outside and visits to the Science Labs at St Mary's, pupils were challenged to develop their scientific thinking and inquiry skills.

One highlight of the week was a visit from Mrs Gibson's snake - William Snakespere. Pupils were delighted to have the opportunity to learn more about him and were all very brave in touching him - even our Nursery pupils had a stroke!

It was certainly a busy, curiosity-filled week!
